Mrs. Vidisha Kotadiya
Hi! My name is Vidisha Kotadiya and I am thrilled to be a part of the Primrose family. I’ve worked in childcare for 21 years in various roles and have been at Primrose School of West Allen for 3 years now. Prior to joining Primrose, I worked as a Director of Curriculum. I am Currently living in McKinney with my husband Vishal and our two beautiful daughters Virikaa (Age 13), Viaana (Age 8). I Recently picked up long distant running as a hobby. I look forward to getting to know every Primrose family!

I’m Jessica Pena. I was born and raised in Dallas, Tx. I have been married to my husband for 8 years, and we have a son named Nikolas and a daughter named Mila. Mrs. Eylin Naranjo
I’m Mrs. Eylin! I wanted to tell you a little about myself. I’m from Venezuela, and we speak Spanish at home. I have been happily married for 16 years. I have 2 beautiful children whom I love to see enjoy life. When I started at Primrose School of West Allen. I was in the Early Pre-School classroom and have had the opportunity to grow in the 5 years I have been here.

Ms. Leslie De Los Santos
I’m Leslie De Los Santos and I’m from Abilene, TX and have lived in Allen for 18 years. My biggest joy is working with children, and I’ve been doing so since I was 16 years old. I love spending time outdoors and traveling to new places. My weekends are mostly spent with friends, family or just simply relaxing catching up on a book or show. I’ve been a part of Primrose School of West Allen for 3 years now and plan to be for many more!

Mrs. Ashley Storm
Greetings! My name is Ashley Tajalle, my family is from Guam but we moved to Texas from New Orleans during Katrina and been in the McKinney area ever since! I’m a Mom to a 4 year old boy with Autism and he’s my greatest joy aside from cooking! I’ve been a chef for over 13 years now running my own private Chef Parties/Events. My favorite part about being a chef for children is the genuine love and appreciation we develop for one another through full & happy tummies.

Mrs. Vicki Mills
Hello! My name is Vicki Mills. I’ve worked in childcare for the past 34 years, 28 of the which have been at Primrose Schools.
I grew up in Allen, TX and attended child care from the ages 18mos-11 years. After graduating from Allen High School, I attended Stephen F. Austin State university and Collin College. Having grown up in childcare as well as working in this field so long, I’m amazed to see how far the early childhood education system has come and how wonderful an experience childcare can be for children thanks to schools like Primrose School of West Allen.

Mrs. Shagufta Anzar
I’m Shagufta Anzar. I wanted to tell you a little about myself. I have worked as a co-lead Teacher in the infant room for over 13 years, starting in 2011. I love my job and enjoy working with my colleagues, the management team, and the owners. Taking care of infants brings me a lot of happiness, and the positive atmosphere in the infant room makes me even more passionate about my profession.

Mrs. Tanya Harris
Hi, my name is Tanya Harris. I have a deep love for life, family, and travel, and I am excited to join the Primrose family. I look forward to building meaningful relationships with our children’s families and the Primrose team.

Mrs. Nirupama Kumar
My name is Nirupama Kumar, though I’m often called “Niru.” I’m grateful to be part of the growing family at PWA and truly excited to work together to achieve our shared goals.
I was born in India and hold a Bachelor of Science degree. I’ve been working in early childhood education for over 8 years, and the experience has not only shaped me professionally but also helped me grow as a person. Working with children brings me deep joy and a strong sense of purpose. Their unique way of seeing the world is inspiring, and being an integral part of their journey is both a privilege and an honor.

Ms. Kylie Alcorn
Hi! My name is Kylie Alcorn, and I am going into my junior year at the University of Arkansas. I plan on earning my master’s degree in childhood education and becoming a teacher! I graduated from Allen High School in 2024, and I have two younger brothers and two dogs. I love having the opportunity to work with kids, and I look forward to getting to know your children! Ms. K is a junior in college and worked at the Stephen G. Terrell Recreation Center for 2 years. While attending school in Arkansas, she works at Trinity Preparatory Day School in the infant and toddler room.
She loves watching children grow, develop their personalities, and form friendships! Her favorite family tradition is making homemade donuts on Christmas Day. In her personal time, she loves spending time with friends and family, being active, and reading.

Ian Austin
Hi! I’m Ian, and I’m so excited to be here!
A little about me — I love to draw and make art! I also love skateboarding and have been skating since I was 4 years old. It’s still my favorite thing to do! For the past 3 years, I have taught skateboard lessons, and my favorite part about working with children is seeing their excitement when they learn something new.
I graduated from high school in 2024 and spent a year and a half at Collin College studying AR and animation. My favorite children’s book is The Berenstain Bears. My favorite holiday is Halloween, and I love playing board games on Christmas Eve with family and friends.
I also have a corgi named Tink and a calico cat named Honey. In my free time, I enjoy skateboarding with my friends and creating art. I can’t wait to get to know everyone and have an amazing year together!

Ms. Ella Golgert
Hi! My name is Ms. Ella, and I grew up here in Allen, Texas. I graduated from Texas A&M University (Gig ’em!) in May 2026, and this is my first year at Primrose! I’m so excited to be a part of this team and look forward to getting to know each and every one of y’all! Ms. Ella has 2 years of childcare experience and holds a bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience. Her favorite thing about working with children is getting to watch them grow and see their personalities develop. Her favorite holiday is the Fourth of July, and her favorite family tradition is Christmas dinner and evening service on Christmas Eve.
She has three cats — June, Gemma, and Saffy — and two dogs, Leia and Frankie. In her free time, she loves to read, travel, and play card games with family and friends!

Ms. Kayleigh Wilson
Hello! I’m Kayleigh Wilson. This is my first year in childcare, and I couldn’t be more grateful to be spending it with Primrose. So far, I have met some of the smartest and most outstanding kids, and I cannot wait to watch them grow and excel over the years. My goal here is to give back all of the love and kindness these children bring to us each day while also helping them develop a love for learning. I hope to go to school and become a teacher someday, but until then, I am so honored to be here.
Ms. Wilson’s favorite holiday is Christmas, and she has one turtle named Squirt. In her personal time, she enjoys shopping and going to the gym.

Ms. Marisela Pirelas
Hi! I’m Marisela, and I wanted to tell you a little bit about myself.
Before coming to Primrose School of West Allen, I worked at a Primrose school in Frisco, and I’m really looking forward to meeting everyone here! I graduated from high school in 2020 and am currently in college studying sonography.
My favorite thing about working with children is seeing their personalities grow and watching how excited they get when they learn something new. My favorite children’s book is The Very Hungry Caterpillar. My favorite holiday is Christmas because who doesn’t love watching Christmas movies?
I have three dogs — all girls and all under the age of two — so I always have my hands full at home! They love going on walks and getting lots of cuddles. In my personal time, I love spending time with my family, especially my two nieces. They are always teaching me new things!
I can’t wait to get to know everyone and have a wonderful year together!

Ms. Malaika Karani
Hi! I’m Malaika! A little about me: I’m 24 years old, grew up in Irving, Texas, and plan to become a school counselor in the future. I’m Kenyan-American and love learning about different languages and cultures. I graduated in 2025 with a Bachelor of Science in Education. I have 5 years of childcare and teaching experience, and during the school year I teach ELAR and Social Studies. I also love helping at Primrose during the summer and look forward to getting to know all of you! My favorite thing about working with children is learning about their unique personalities and helping them grow each day. In my personal time, I enjoy working out and spending time with my loved ones. I strive to build trusted relationships with students and families through meaningful conversations about their lives and cultures. Mrs. Neha Kumari
Hello. My name is Neha Kumari and I have worked in childcare (homeschooling) for five years before working at Primrose. I enjoy working with children and seeing them grow and learn. It is amazing to see how much our education has advanced and how wonderful the childcare experience can be for children today. I am so proud to be a member of this great team and honored to participate in the growth and education of young children.

Ms. Suvekshya Mainali
Hi! I’m Suvekshya Mainali. At Primrose, we are more than just a team of childcare specialists — we are like a family. I can’t wait to learn more about you and your family!
I am a very happy and positive person, and I’m excited to share that positive energy with all of you while creating a warm and joyful environment for the children. Since my dad ran a school back home, I grew up surrounded by children and became very familiar with caring for them with patience and kindness. Hello! My name is Mrs. Perdue. I have been a teacher now for 8 years. I have taught Pre-K, first, and second grade. I have always wanted to work with kids ever since I was a kid myself! I have loved every moment of teaching. Forming relationships and getting the opportunity to watch them grow in their academics.

Shannan Arbabi and Andrew Gol
We are Shannan Arbabi and Andrew Gol, proud owners of the Primrose School of West Allen since 2002! We believe that our backgrounds and experiences shaped our vision for our school, and it is a true joy to see it come to life each day.
Shannan was raised in Oklahoma, but moved to Texas quickly after graduating from law school. Shannan’s legal career has been spent mainly in the area of school law, representing public school districts in matters related to special education, employment, and student issues. Shannan has also been actively involved in the daily operations of Primrose for the past 20 years. Andrew, a native of Houston, holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from UT Austin and UNT, and also earned his Ph.D at Texas Tech University. After working in school administration, Andrew built a strong family therapy practice over 25 years, working with children and also adults. Together, we embrace the Primrose School of West Allen culture and enjoy relationships with our amazing staff and wonderful families. Over the years, Primrose has become our extended family and we are so proud of the reputation our school has earned.
We also have 2 children, who both attended our Primrose school through Kindergarten. Alec, now 25, started Primrose at age 3. Alec graduated from the University of Utah and is a high school math teacher in Austin ISD. Ali, 19, started Primrose as an infant, graduated from Lovejoy High School, and is now attending the University of Florida (Go Gators!). Ali is a competitive equestrian show jumper and plans to pursue a related career after college. We cannot speak about our family without mentioning Oakley, our 3-year old bernedoodle. Oakley adds joy and comedy to our family each day and loves to play on the Primrose playground when the school is closed!
Many parents and staff say there is something unique about the family feel of our school. We are so grateful that our team of teachers and leadership team members embrace shared values and a sincere passion for the children in our care. We enjoy our active roles in the school each day and we look forward to meeting your family soon!
