Through purposeful play, meaningful questions and direct instruction, our Preschool teachers encourage your child to think in new and different ways. Health & Safety
Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Requiring any children or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
- Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
- Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
- Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
- Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access

Mrs. Nafiseh Gholami
I’m Nafiseh Gholami. I’ve been a teacher at Primrose West Allen for 19 years. . I was born in Ahwaz, the city of black gold and I was raised in Shiraz, the city of flowers and birds. I love the people I work with and consider Primrose West Allen family.

My Favorite Thing About Working with Children: . It is such a joy to teach them and play with them.
In My Personal Time: Spending time with my children, friends, gardening, reading books and watching TV.

Mrs. Hina Masood
- I’m Hina Maswood. I have been working at Primrose School of West Allen for 17 years. I have 5 grown children and 3 granddaughters. I enjoy working at primrose because of the balanced learning approach and how it provides positive learning outcomes for all children.

Mrs. Nirupama Kumar
My name is Nirupama Kumar, though I’m often called “Niru.” I’m grateful to be part of the growing family at PWA and truly excited to work together to achieve our shared goals.
I was born in India and hold a Bachelor of Science degree. I’ve been working in early childhood education for over 8 years, and the experience has not only shaped me professionally but also helped me grow as a person. Working with children brings me deep joy and a strong sense of purpose. Their unique way of seeing the world is inspiring, and being an integral part of their journey is both a privilege and an honor.
Outside the classroom, I love spending time with my wonderful family. I’ve been married for 24 years and am blessed with two amazing sons—Joshua (21) and Joel (17). In my free time, I enjoy cooking, reading, traveling, and giving (and receiving!) lots of hugs.
I look forward to an amazing experience at Primrose and am excited for the journey ahead!

Hello! My name is Mrs. Suganya. I moved to Texas in 2023. I love being in Texas because it feels like home. I have two lovely children. I am so glad and excited to be a part of Primrose West Allen.

Hello! My name is Mrs. Perdue. I have been a teacher now for 8 years. I have taught Pre-K, first, and second grade. I have always wanted to work with kids ever since I was a kid myself! I have loved every moment of teaching. Forming relationships and getting the opportunity to watch them grow in their academics.
My goal while I am here is to build trusted relationships. I want others to feel like they can trust and respect me, so we all enjoy working together. Forming relationships is the first step to accomplish when entering in a new environment.

Hi, my name is Heta Radadia, and I am thrilled to be a part of the Primrose family! I live in Allen with my husband and two kids, and I am certified in Childcare Development. I have 6 years of childcare experience and hold a Bachelor of Arts degree. My favorite thing about working with children is seeing how excited they get when they learn something new — it truly makes my day! In my personal time, I enjoy spending time with my family and watching TV. The Primrose Principles of Service are very important to me, especially building trusted relationships with my students, parents, and fellow staff members.
