Franchise Owner
Sarah and Aaron Churchill
Meet Sarah and Aaron Churchill, the new Franchise Owners of Primrose School of Perrysburg. Born and raised in the Toledo area, the Churchill’s are happy to bring the exclusive Balanced Learning® approach they know and love to their hometown.
While the couple is originally from Toledo, college and work moved them to Columbus, OH. It was there that the family discovered and fell in love with Primrose Schools while searching for child care for their oldest daughter.
“When we found Primrose, we immediately knew it was the right fit for our family,” said Sarah. “We, of course, loved the curriculum and the mission, but the little things they do differently from other schools also mattered to us. For example, our daughter’s Teacher was always available in-person each day to greet us, and the front desk Staff was always knowledgeable and attentive. These things make a huge difference when you’re leaving your child at a school, and that’s why we are committed to hiring the right Teachers and Staff to make our families feel part of our school in Perrysburg.”
Sarah and Aaron are high school sweethearts and Ohio State graduates. After graduating with a degree in accounting and mechanical engineering, respectively, they settled down in Columbus. After a few years of working in their fields, they decided to move back home to Toledo to be close to family and friends. Prior to moving, they researched child care and quickly realized the existing schools in their community did not provide the same high quality education they had come to expect from Primrose.
“That’s when I first hatched the idea to open our own Primrose school,” said Sarah. “The opportunity to do something greater for our children and our community was so appealing that we knew it was something we couldn’t pass up.”
Sarah’s parents were small business owners, and their experience and entrepreneurial spirit encouraged her to open the school. Sarah and Aaron believe in the Primrose business and academic model and know this type of quality education is what their community needs. They are thrilled to begin nurturing and teaching the youngest citizens and future leaders of Perrysburg. The Churchills’ three daughters attend the school. Sarah handles the day-to-day operations and management of the school and Aaron supports the school as he continues his career at a company near Perrysburg.
