An action-packed day full of fun and purposeful play helps toddlers develop Active Minds, Healthy Bodies, and Happy Hearts®. We know 1-year-olds are constantly on the move, exploring and learning through play at every turn. Primrose teachers use that energy and enthusiasm to foster cognitive, social, emotional and physical skills through engaging games and activities.

Health & Safety
Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Requiring any children or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
- Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
- Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
- Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
- Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access

Ms. Andrea Perez is a dedicated Toddler Teacher at Primrose School of Breckinridge Park, where she has been nurturing young minds since 2021. With a passion for early childhood development, Andrea finds immense joy in working with toddlers, embracing their warm hearts and unconditional love. Her classroom is filled with laughter, growth, and countless sweet moments that make each day truly special. Andrea is committed to creating a nurturing environment where children can learn, explore, and develop their unique personalities. Her enthusiasm for guiding little ones through their developmental milestones shines through in everything she does, making her a cherished member of the Primrose team.

Ms. Jenni Ballesteros brings warmth, creativity, and dedication to our Toddler classroom. Since joining our Primrose family in 2025, she has created a nurturing and engaging environment where 12- to 18-month-olds can learn, grow, and build confidence.
Passionate about guiding young learners, Ms. Ballesteros cherishes the joy of everyday milestones, whether it’s a first word, a new discovery, or a smile shared during circle time. Her classroom is a safe and welcoming space where toddlers are encouraged to explore the world through play, curiosity, and meaningful connections.
