Health & Safety
Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Requiring any children or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
- Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
- Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
- Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
- Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access

Jennifer Barron
Meet Ms. Jennifer Barron
Preschool Teacher | Primrose School of Breckinridge Park
Mentor Teacher for the Konrad Schools
Ms. Jennifer Barron brings warmth, patience, and joy to our Preschool classroom. Since joining our Primrose family in 2023, she has created a loving and engaging environment where our 2.5–3-year-olds can learn, grow, and build confidence every day. Jennifer is passionate about helping young children develop independence, communication skills, and positive friendships during these important early years.
Her classroom is filled with hands-on learning, imagination, music, and movement. Whether they are singing songs during circle time, exploring sensory activities, or practicing classroom routines together, Jennifer encourages her students to learn through play, curiosity, and meaningful connections. She believes every child deserves to feel safe, supported, and celebrated as they reach new milestones.
As a Mentor Teacher for the Konrad Schools, Jennifer also shares her knowledge and passion for early childhood education with fellow teachers, helping inspire growth throughout our school community.

Samrawit Endal

Samrawit Endal is a loving and passionate teacher at Primrose School, proudly serving as a dedicated member of the Konrad Schools team since 2023. With a heart as big as her commitment to early childhood education, Samrawit brings warmth, kindness, and enthusiasm into her classroom each day.
Her favorite part of teaching is watching her students grow in confidence not only in their learning but also in themselves. She finds deep fulfillment in nurturing young minds as they develop new skills, reach important milestones, and discover their unique potential.
Samrawit’s dedication to supporting both students and fellow educators makes her an essential and inspiring presence within the Primrose community.

Kennedy Jenkins

Kennedy Jenkins is a passionate and dedicated teacher at Primrose School, proudly serving as a valued member of the Konrad Schools team. With a deep love for early childhood education, Kennedy is committed to inspiring young minds through engaging, meaningful learning experiences rooted in a strong and purposeful curriculum.
She is especially enthusiastic about all aspects of the Primrose Balanced Learning® approach, bringing lessons to life with creativity, intention, and care. Kennedy’s favorite part of teaching is designing imaginative projects and exploring the world of art with her students. Through hands-on activities, she encourages self-expression, nurtures creativity, and fosters a lifelong love of learning.
