See What Families Are Saying

Our family has had children attending Primrose at The Flatirons for over 4 years and have always been impressed with the quality of care. For our oldest child, we utilized the schools half day kindergarten program, three days a week, to supplement her half day public school education. The extra instruction made a big difference in her overall success and increased confidence heading into first grade. For our second child, we decided to utilize the schools K-Care program, which was 5 days a week. In hindsight, this decision was probably a mistake. My hope was having our son at school all day, with a presumed similar curriculum, would help. However, about half way through the year we learned K-Care was far more play based and our son wasn't getting the extra reading, writing and math skills help he would have received at Primrose. We can see a difference in the abilities of our two children and if I had the opportunity to make this choice again, I would keep my child a Primrose and take advantage of half day private kindergarten, it's a worthwhile investment ... even if only three days a week.
We started at Primrose the day that the doors opened. Our son started in pre-K and moved all the way up to the after school program (now a 3rd grader.)The classes at Primrose are always very well organized and the teachers are top-notch. We especially love that Primrose offers a bus for transport to and from school, and they are also open most days that the public school system is closed. We had been with another daycare and found it to be that the kids were often left to their own devices and were somewhat out of control but at Primrose the kids are always working on an activity or playing in an organized group. Primrose has a nice variety of classes outside of the standard school regimen (e.g. Spanish, soccer, gymnastics). Our son goes now for after school care and gets all of his homework done there before we pick him up at the end of the day. He likes being a role model to the younger kids. We appreciate everything Primrose has to offer and highly recommend it to other parents!
We have 2 children who attend Primrose and they love going to school! As parents, we feel confident in the teachers and feel that we are placing our kids with people who love children and love teaching. It's more than just a job to them! Our oldest child is about to start Kindergarten and I have no doubt about his readiness. Primrose has given him a strong foundation for learning and also social skills for dealing with his peers and teachers. Thank you to the Primrose teachers and staff!
