I can't say enough wonderful things about Primrose School of Plano at Headquarters! They truly go above and beyond in taking care of my child as if she were their own. Every day, my child comes home excited, having learned something new and engaging. We are Mike and Joyce Konrad, the proud owners of seven Primrose Schools in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. We started with our first Primrose school in 1997. Once we became immersed in the school, we realized that the parents of today truly value the excellent, accredited, curriculum-based child care that we are providing.
We are certain the Primrose concept can provide what parents need for complete peace of mind when they are looking for child care. The parents in our schools know their children are safe, loved, and happy, all the while learning with a balanced, developmentally appropriate curriculum. We know this because countless parents have told us over the years how their children “surprise them” every day with what they learn at Primrose.
In addition, we have many public school Kindergarten and First Grade teachers comment that they recognize the Primrose children in their schools. They say they arrive above and beyond “school ready” in their respective classes.
We are very proud of the Leadership Team and teaching staff that we have at all of our schools. Because we have been able to achieve the Primrose “Exemplary” status in our schools, we are able to attract some of the best directors and teaching staff in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The tenure of our Leadership Team and teaching staff is exceptional because we are committed to the continuous training and development of our staff. Many of our teachers and Leadership are promoted within our network of schools.

The entire staff at Primrose has been incredibly welcoming to our family and our baby girl is thriving with teachers who truly love her. Having such a wonderful place for her to learn and grow made my transition back to work so much easier.
Here's a list of things I love about Primrose: amazing staff and teachers, proactive and consistent communication from leadership and teachers, wonderful chef and variety of food offered for lunch and snacks, quality age-appropriate curriculum and variety of educational activities, clean and tidy environment, and no woodchips on the playground.
I've had my seven and five-year-old attend Primrose for almost five years. The staff are warm and engaged, and I appreciate the extra activities offered like soccer, karate, and dance. I'm very thankful for the after-school care for my seven-year-old and that they have a bus pick-up at the school and bring to back Primrose. This Primrose has made such a difference in both my kids' readiness for school curriculum!
Our daughter had been attending Primrose School of Plano at Headquarters for 2 months now and is loving it! The teachers are so kind and caring! We have loved the curriculum, and we have seen such a positive impact on her time at Primrose. We love being a part of the Primrose Family!
