My opportunity to work at Primrose came unexpectedly, but once I saw the school and interviewed with Jackie, I knew that this school was special. Lori, Jackie and the leadership team show me repeatedly that they care about the kids greatly, but also the teachers. They are always open to conversations, suggestions, and are willing to offer help in any way they can. I am also the mother of a four-year-old and I truly feel this is the best early childhood education that could be provided for my daughter. I couldn't imagine working at another school or sending my child anywhere else during her most formative years.

From Jackie and Heather to the entire leadership team, I've always felt that they are truly there for all of us and all of our families, always showing us how much they truly care. I joined the Primrose family in October of 2023. Prior to joining the Primrose family, I was a stay-at-home mom for 5 years so the thought of going back to work after so long felt scary, but I was wrong! Primrose made my transition back into the teaching field feel so easy! I have never worked in a setting that makes me feel so appreciated on a daily basis. The leadership goes above and beyond to make sure their staff has everything they need to have a successful classroom. Additionally, my two sons attend Primrose and love it. My husband and I are blessed that our two sons are loved and taken care of daily by their teachers. I have pride in knowing that my family is a Primrose family.

I taught at The Primrose School of O’Fallon at Winghaven for five years and I loved it. I decided to retire but grew bored and lonely. There was no question in my mind that I would go back to Primrose. I missed working with all the teachers and students. The management team is very helpful and caring. The owners are so friendly and genuinely care about their school, teachers, children and parents. I have never in my long career taught with a better and more professional group. They feel like family to me. I am so glad to be back at Primrose!
