As a first-time parent, the thought of sending our baby to daycare was devastating. We started touring daycares before our baby arrived, and, from the very first moments at Primrose, we knew this was the place for us. The people are kind and caring and have welcomed us with open arms. They are thorough, professional and trustworthy, and I know that our son is in great hands every day. We find him cuddling in his wonderful teacher, Ms. Zoe's, arms at pick up most days! The building is safe and secure with personal access codes for each parent. Primrose really has made returning to work easier.

I am Jaye Lynn Andrus, your local Primrose School of Lubbock South Franchise Owner!My husband, Jeremy Andrus, and I have two young children that will also be attending Primrose.We are both Texas Tech graduates!I received my degree in Early Childhood Education and was a teacher in the elementary school setting for many years.Jeremy is the owner of a family roofing company in town that has been in business for over 35 years.
Following graduation, my career began at a Primrose School. I also taught Kindergarten in public school for several years.After moving to Lubbock I continued to work part time as a tutor for a public school in town. I left education almost six years ago and thought I was ready for a different career path. I sampled a few different things, but something kept tugging at my heart and I would realize from time to time, I miss the children and I miss teaching!After becoming a mom in 2016, I quickly realized the HUGE need for quality childcare in Lubbock, Texas.There was nothing in town quite like a Primrose School.I woke in the middle of the night with the sudden urge that Lubbock NEEDS a Primrose School.When it comes to early childhood education my standards have always been high.Therefore, Primrose has always stood out to me, and over all the years of teaching I continued to carry on some of those core foundations I learned during my time at Primrose School.At Primrose School of Lubbock South, we will use an exclusive Balanced Learning™ approach to forge a path to a brighter future and a lifelong love of learning for all children. In March it will be one year since my daughter started at Primrose School of Lubbock South. In that time, we have seen how much she has grown and how much she has learned while there. Every day, she is so excited to go to school to see her friends and her teachers. Every member of the staff treats the students with as much care and love as if they were members of their own families. This is the third school/fourth company she has gone to and the quality is higher than any other school she has gone to. We are incredibly grateful to have a Primrose in Lubbock with such an amazing team.
It’s hard to put into words how much our family loves Primrose. We always have peace of mind dropping the little one off. Her teachers care about her so much and the communication is unbeatable! They even check in if she is on vacation or out sick!
