We could not be happier with the care and support our kiddos receive at Primrose School of Hilliard West. We joined the school when our kids were 4 and 5 and instantly, we knew our kids were safe, well cared for, and supported in a way we had not experienced at other childcare centers. Every teacher and administrative team member has taken the time to truly get to know our kids, providing a learning environment where they feel supported and can thrive not only in the classroom but as people. Prior to joining the Primrose family, drop off time was challenging and full of tears. Within two weeks of joining Primrose our son's confidence grew exponentially, our daughter had an easier time making friends, overall it was an environment they were happy to be in and one where they felt safe to be themselves. The academic structure is also amazing, our kids were more than ready for kindergarten academically and developmentally. I cannot praise the teachers enough for the work they do with each child in the classroom to support everyone’s individual learning needs. I can tell they all genuinely care about the kids in their care, and it shows every day. There has been minimal turnover in the teaching staff and amazing communication from the administrative team. There is always someone to greet us at the front desk so it’s easy to ask questions. I always feel like I know what is going on, I receive pictures and updates daily on how the kids are doing, and using the mobile app is seamless and incredibly user friendly. The overall engagement and kindness shown from the Primrose team is top notch and we will forever be grateful for the positive impact and caring environment they have created for our kids.

Explorers Teacher
TeacherHello, my name is Jerome Neely and I am an Explorers teacher/bus driver here at Primrose. I have been working with children for 35+ years. I attended Columbus State where I studied education. I love getting to work with children everyday because they are teaching me as much as I am teaching them. When I am not at work, I love spending time with my family, going on a hike, and playing video games. I look forward to connecting with you soon!

TeacherHi, I am Mrs. Fatama Chowdhury and I am an Explorers teacher here at Primrose. I hold an Associate’s Degree in Education and have been working with children for 8+ years. I love getting to work with children because I get to help them grow as much as they help me grow. I enjoy getting to watch them achieve different milestones. In my free time, I enjoy reading books, gardening, and exploring new hobbies. I can’t wait to get to connect with all of you.
