Welcome to the Primrose Schools!
Meet Dr. Arthur Keiser, Mrs. Belinda Keiser, and Dr. Robert Keiser, proud owners of Primrose School of Royal Palm Beach and Bar Education, Inc. As tireless leaders for student success and workforce development, Dr. Arthur Keiser and family have served the higher education community throughout Florida and the U.S. for more than 45 years. Together, the Keiser Family serves in a variety of leadership roles for Keiser University, Everglades University, and Southeastern College as well as for numerous boards, community and charitable organizations.
In April 2021, Bar Education, Inc. continued expanding their passion for education to serve even the youngest of students. Bar Education, Inc. acquired the Ideal School in Royal Palm Beach and renovated it into the new Primrose School of Royal Palm Beach as well as a satellite campus for Southeastern College. The Keiser Family sought a leader in premier early education and child care experience for children and families and identified Primrose Schools as the best provider in early learning.
Who children become is as important as what they know is a belief that is at the core of Primrose’s Balanced Learning® approach. The exclusive early learning approach balances purposeful play with nurturing guidance from teachers to encourage curiosity, creativity, confidence and compassion. Primrose delivers more than a curriculum; it’s a life-changing early learning experience for children and their families.
