My daughter recently graduated from Primrose School at The Park and I couldn't say enough about the school and staff. She enrolled as an infant and went through the entire program. She is now in Kindergarten and was not only prepared academically, but socially as well. She is eager to learn and has proven herself to be a leader in school. I thank all of the teachers she had at Primrose for providing her the skills needed to be successful in school. They were instrumental in giving her a positive self-image and academic readiness to give her an early head start in life. My name is Leslie Moore-Martinez and I am the on-site owner and operator of Primrose School of West Cary and Primrose School at The Park located on the border between Morrisville and Cary. I am proud to say I opened Primrose School at The Park in 2002 and assumed ownership of Primrose School of West Cary in 2018. I have enjoyed watching all of our students graduate from our program and grow up in the Cary community.
Both schools have earned an outstanding reputation in this community and have earned numerous awards to include the highest rated license by the State of NC (Five Stars), a national academic accreditation (Cognia), Morrisville Small Business of the Year, Carolina Parent’s Top 40 Employer in NC and more! In addition to these wonderful awards I am proud to say I served on the Primrose Schools Franchising Advisory Council representing Primrose owners in North Carolina, Virginia, Indiana and Ohio. In 2011, I also received national recognition by Primrose Franchising Company as the recipient of the President’s Award as a top owner/operator in the United States.

We moved to North Carolina in 2008 and did not know a single person here. I was returning to work after being home with the kids (ages 1 and 3) for a year and we needed to find full-time care pretty quickly since my husband and I both had new jobs to begin. We looked at about a dozen preschools and when we walked into Primrose we immediately knew it was the one. The owner and director greeted us at the desk and took us on a tour. The facility was so clean and organized, the educational curriculum was exactly what we were looking for, and they took time to answer all of our questions (we had a lot!). It was clear that they genuinely cared for their students and families and took great pride in their school. I can tell you now that this was not something that was "put on" for the tour. This held true for the full 4 years we were there. The staff was an amazing support to our family, so much more than just daycare. My kids loved going there so much and still talk about it being 'the best school ever' -- they probably provide the greatest testimonial! As a parent, they offered me tons of advice, support, and lots of laughs. The teachers and staff became great friends of ours and we hope they know that they made a huge difference in our lives. Professional Development Day 2025
Our staff had a fantastic time at our annual Professional Development Day at the Hilton North Raleigh! We enjoyed inspiring guest speakers, laughs, networking, and door prizes. It is such a pleasure to be able to spend time together learning about how to not only be better teachers, but kinder humans to each other.
Kay Yow Cancer Run/Walk
Our staff came together again this year to support the annual Kay Yow Cancer Run/Walk. We gathered at Wake Med Soccer Park in Cary to celebrate and honor cancer survivors, caregivers, friends, family, and helped raise awareness and money for this amazing organization.
Primrose's Western Carolina Hurricane Relief
Our students partnered with Apex High School to assist Asheville High School with hurricane relief following the devastation left by Hurricane Helene. We collected over 2400 items between two Primrose locations to support this effort. 
Canned Food Drive
Our students and families (between both Primrose locations) helped collect almost 1,000 items for our annual Caring and Giving Canned Food Drive! All items will be donated to the Food Bank of Eastern and Central North Carolina. This is a great annual event to help the children learn the value of giving to others and helping those in need. 
The Mayor Visits our Students!
We welcomed Morrisville Mayor TJ to our school to help teach the children about the election process.

Celebrating our unique children and staff at Primrose! We created this amazing tree to demonstrate how when we all come together, something beautiful is created.

Our teachers had a great time at our annual Fall Festival held at Phillips Farm in Cary.

The kids did a great job raising money to support the Kay Yow Cancer Foundation.
