We are so grateful to be part of the Primrose community. The teachers and staff are an extension of our "village," providing our son (3) and daughter (1.25) with a safe, loving, and engaging environment to learn and grow. The adult and peer relationships, and life skills they're developing often take our breath away. As two parents who work full-time outside the home, we feel so fortunate that our kids have access to such caring, qualified, and hardworking educators who both honor their unique qualities and support them in developing the knowledge, skills, and mindsets necessary to be great friends and members of our community. Welcome to Primrose!
We are the Sinha Family, and we are the proud new owners of Primrose School at Highlands Ranch Business Park! The onsite owners are Shraboni and Sabya Sinha who live in the local community and they are supported by Aneeka and Sourav Sinha from New York City. In addition to Primrose at Highlands Ranch Business Park, the Sinha Family are proud to also be the owners of Primrose School of Tallgrass.
As a family, we share a true passion for early education and are honored to be a part of your child’s learning experience and care. We understand firsthand how important early education is, raising six young children between both families. Our Primrose journey began as we searched for excellent early childhood education programs for our own children, and were immediately drawn to the extremely high standards of Primrose Schools. It is no surprise that our youngest children are attending a Primrose school.
With a background in Clinical and Child Psychology, Shraboni has worked as a mental health counselor and social worker, but is now proud to manage both Primrose School at Highlands Ranch Business Park and Primrose School of Tallgrass. Sabya is a financial services executive and has held leadership positions at Fortune 100 companies.
Who children become is as important as what they know is a belief that is at the core of our Balanced Learning® approach. Our exclusive early learning approach balances purposeful play with nurturing guidance from teachers to encourage curiosity, creativity, confidence and compassion. We deliver more than a curriculum; it’s a life-changing early learning experience for children and their families.

We LOVE Primrose Highlands Ranch! Our family has been at Primrose for 8+ years and it is the best decision we made for our children, their development, and education. Ms. Kris, Ms. G, and the administrative staff (Becky & Meghan) are a cohesive team and work-family. They run the school smoothly and efficiently. The best interest of the children is always their priority, the open, honest communication is so helpful, and receptivity to feedback is admirable. Primrose is forever part of our family and has created a sense of community for our children! We have lifelong friends we have created and my kids love interacting with and seeing their teachers in the community (while we grocery shop, etc.)! The Primrose team is personable, fun, and professional! We struggled to expand our family and have our second/youngest daughter, but with the support, love, and encouragement from the beloved staff, it made leaving our tiny 12-week old so much easier! They love her as their own. Our youngest daughter’s nickname came from one of our beloved infant teachers, and now she is headed to kindergarten in the fall. She is academically ready, but is sad and has declared she is remaining at Primrose forever! Our eldest daughter attended Pre-K2/private kindergaten during the pandemic. She transitioned to public elementary for first grade where her teacher noted positive differences in her ability to socialize, stamina for the long school days, how to take turns, and the comfort with the curriculum despite the unprecedented prior year of isolation. Our children were healthy, safe, and nurtured during that time. Primrose was the only consistency for them and it provided a predictable routine that entire time. We are beyond grateful that we have had many of the same teachers for both of our daughters (4-years apart)! We love all of our teachers past and present! Thank you for being an extension of our village/family! I always tell parents/caregivers that I see touring that they need to look no further and will love it here. They laugh and I joke that the staff does not pay me to say that, but as a mom I know that finding reliable childcare with people you can trust is priceless!
