Raj Harika and Gagan Sethi

We are Raj Harika and Gagan Sethi, the proud owners of Primrose School of Cottonwood Creek in Colorado Springs.

Our shared passion for providing high-quality care and education to families in our community brought us to Primrose. As the proud parents of two daughters who are now in middle and elementary school, we understand the significance of finding exceptional child care that offers a safe and nurturing environment. Our journey with Primrose began when we discovered the outstanding level of care at a neighborhood Primrose school while searching for child care for our own daughter. This experience ignited our desire to become part of the Primrose community, and Raj made the decision to embark on a new career path, fully dedicated to owning a Primrose school in the Colorado Springs community.

Prior to joining Primrose, we held various positions in multinational corporations. Raj holds a master’s degree in public health nutrition from the University of North London, UK, and has worked for various multinational companies across Europe and the USA. Gagan has an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management, the Netherlands, and brings extensive experience in strategy, finance and operations within the media and telecom sectors, spanning across Asia, Europe, and the USA.

Raj is present at the school daily, welcoming and guiding families, providing support to our management team and teachers, and ensuring they have access to the abundant resources and ongoing training required to deliver an exceptional early learning experience for the children.

We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of excellence and quality in our school. Our goal is to provide a safe and joyful learning environment. We encourage you to visit our school anytime to ask questions, learn more about our programs, inquire about your child’s progress, or simply share your thoughts. Primrose Schools is dedicated to delivering the best and most trusted early education and care to children and families across America. We go beyond a mere curriculum; we offer a life-changing early learning experience for children and their families.

Thank you for entrusting us with these formative years in your child’s development and joining us on this exciting journey. Together, we will make a positive impact on our children, their education, and the future!

See What Families Are Saying

My daughter has been attending Primrose schools for nearly three years now. I decided to move her after the provider she was with told me that they were not able to meet the educational needs she required. My daughter is "special needs" but not in the typical fashion that most people think of it. Most think autistic and learning issues, we are on the other side. She is extremely intelligent and it’s a challenge to keep her engage when she "already knows it" at four. I did months of research and just came coming back to the Primrose websites. The Academy learning styles really resonated with us and after the school visit were sold on it. She moved over to Primrose right after her fist birthday and I can honestly say she exploded across the board. She was feeling challenge and her growth was phenomenal. The teaching staff took special attention to her as they do with all their children and helped realize that it would be in her best interest to have her IQ tested even at such a young age of 2. It’s extremely overwhelming to be told your 2 1/2 old has an IQ of 137 and "will be a Mozart like child when she discovers her niche". As a parent you go from extremely proud, to scared to freaking out about how to financially do it all. I then did more research about Gifted schools in Colorado Springs and you would think that I would have found something that was more WOW then Primrose. And aside from seeing 4 year olds discuss a buffalo heart in a barn, I was greatly disappointed in these more expensive schools that are supposed to be better then Primrose. There isn't something better then Primrose in my opinion in Colorado Springs for early child development. Not only do they foster her education but they also ensure that she can socially interact with other children, learns manners and keeps it in focus for me that she's 4 and even though she can is learning to read and do math she still needs "4 time". The staff at Primrose is a part of our family. They inspire her; they motivate her and are the best examples one can ask to have around their children. The opportunities that Primrose provides with their extracurricular activities AT the school are amazing. From soccer to piano and karate I know that she is in a safe, nurturing and loving environment. I can say that every penny is worth it knowing that I will have a child who has been intellectually and socially challenged. Primrose is giving her the foundation for her education for the rest of her life. I would tell every parent that even though it’s on the top end of the budget for school review the statistics of school dropout/delinquency of children that were not properly stimulated and then compare the statistics of Primrose children and where they end up. Blessings to you and yours on this journey of raising fantastic kids!
