School Director
Meets all director requirements stipulated by the individual state in which a school operates. Effectively operates and manages all aspects of a school including business management, education and professional development, campus environment, and marketing and communications. Oversees and ensures consistent implementation of the Balanced Learning Curriculum and programming for all students enrolled at a Primrose School. Consistently implements the Primrose Schools’ Continual Learning Plan to prepare and support teaching staff. Actively develops and maintains positive staff and parent relationships and manages all resources effectively. Establishes and maintains respectful working relationships with state licensing authorities.
Assistant School Director
Assists and supports School Director in all aspects of management of the school including business management, education and professional development, campus environment, and marketing and communications.
Educational Coordinator
Has a degree and experience in Early Childhood Education. Ensures that the teaching staff understands Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum and programming. Responsible for identifying staff training needs and assists in training teachers by modeling effective early childhood practices and offering suggestions for improvement. Reviews and approves lesson plans and instructional materials.
Lead Teacher
Education, experience, and certification requirements dependent upon classroom assignment. Responsible for the daily planning and implementation of the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum. Ensures that children are actively engaged in a safe, organized, stimulating classroom environment. Actively develops and maintains positive parent relationships. Is assisted in the classroom by an Assistant Teacher as required by student enrollment.
Assistant Teacher
Ensures that children are actively engaged in a safe, organized, stimulating classroom environment. Assists in the daily management and supervision of the classroom and children as directed by the Lead Teacher.
Food Service Teacher
Certification and experience meets state and local requirements. Ensures that health and safety standards are met. Responsible for planning and preparation of balanced snacks and meals. Orders and inventories all kitchen items and accepts temporary assignments within the school as necessary.
Transportation Vehicle Driver
Meets all licensing requirements for transporting children and maintaining their safety. Ensures that Primrose Policies and Procedures for transporting children are consistently implemented. Maintains a safe and violation-free driving record.
